Sandy Sahar Gooen (he/him) has recently returned to New York with an MFA in tow, and he's ready to roll. In addition to his work as a writer, performer, voice teacher, music department member, stage manager, and more, he is the founder of TEMPO, the Trans & Expansive Music Professional Organization. Arts and advocacy go hand in hand for him. While he is a veteran of stages in the NYC and Boston areas, Fire Island (Pines AND Grove) holds a very special place in his heart, so he's thrilled to be performing here for the first time (not counting Showtune Sundays!)
