TCW Art Walk 2023
We teamed up with FIAR (Fire Island Artist Residency) to create the TCW ART WALK, which allowed attendees to take a tour of the Grove and check out installations of photo-based artists exhibited throughout town the entire weekend.
We had a goal to not only present great artists' work, but also take our visitors on a tour of Cherry Grove. The beauty of the boardwalks changes from block to block and each area of town has a unique vibe that is formulated from queer joy.
Presenting works from our trans+ community in the Grove was a fabulous way to share our trans experience with our LGBTQIA+ family at large. The artists that participated in the first annual TCW Art Walk brought images that were celebratory, inspiration and educational.
